A week outside…

At home we’ve been spending 30 minutes outside every day.  I’ve been using that time to catch some new photos of my kids!

Have you ever just felt that a certain photo needed words to go with it? I’m not sure yet what the words are for the photo below but before I even took it I knew there were some…  It’s amazing how much a picture can portray a mood, a thought, or say a thousand words…  On this one day I had so many different moments and emotions and I think/hope you can see it in my photos…

The sky after it rains…

My favorite skies always come after it rains.  Opposite this sunset was the most amazing rainbow.  My girls just rushed up and down the wet road with their eyes glued to the colors above.

Lovin’ the beach!

Well, I’ve been taking a wee break from photo shoots to fully enjoy the summer with my kids.  It’s been so worth it but I miss my time behind the camera!  We headed to the beach last weekend and spent the day looking for shells and just enjoying family!  Can you believe all the shells?!

Drivin’ Home…

I’ve often had to pull over to the side of the road to keep from crashing while looking at an amazing sky.  The best skies are right after it rains.  Mix that with a colorful sunset and you have a spectacular show.  How I wished to pass an open field so I could silhouette my kids against these fiery clouds…..

It’s a brand new day!

I have a new blog!!  Don’t you LOVE it?!  Thanks to Mary Plautz for her amazing design skills, my pictures now get full page glory! I will also be adding a separate page at the top to link customers to their full photo shoots.  I’m SUPER excited!!  Thanks, Mary!
